Boulevard otters. Nancy Downing 11/12/13

This is a bit off subject but I thought you might like to know there is a family of 5 river otters hanging around Boulevard Park. I saw them today off the second walkway over the water. I actually heard one of them first vocalizing under and around the bridge. Then the other four came hurrying over from under a boat in the bay. I've never heard them call before and couldn't figure out what it was at first. Wish I'd had my camera!
