Orange-crowned Warbler‏ Doug Brown 11/23/13

Chirp,

This afternoon there was a mixed flock behind City Hall.
Along with Brown Creepers, Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Golden-crowned Kinglets, Bewick's Wrens, and both Chickadees was one {maybe more} Orange-crowned Warbler. It was foraging in the duff, looking underneath leaves. It seems a bit late for this bird. Do some stick around all winter?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I love the first photo.
