Blaine/Semiahmoo Joe Meche 10/28/13

Great day to practice digiscoping at Marine Park in Blaine, with high tide and bright sunshine.
Nothing out of the ordinary, just the usual suspects like Killdeer, Surf and White-winged Scoters, loons, three grebe species, Dunlin, Green-winged Teal, and a half dozen Greater Yellowlegs. Also scoped a trio of Long-tailed Ducks between the Moo and White Rock, BC.
White- and Golden-crowned Sparrows were busy in the grassy area near the water tower at Semiahmoo.

Cheers,
Joe Meche
